Stevens Disposal Trash Service is now the EXCLUSIVE PROVIDER of Southpoint Subdivision and we have a three year agreement for them to provide trash pickup services at a locked in rate.  If you currently have any other service, you will need to switch to Stevens Disposal as soon as possible to ensure that we have 100% utilizing Stevens Disposal. Other trash collections services will be restricted from entering SPHOA roadways as of September 1, 2022 so, make the switch today.

• Reminder - Speed limit in Southpointe Subdivision is 25 mph.  Please remind your young adults.
• Reminder - If you are considering adding a shed, pool, fence etc, please contact Mike Calabrese (Secretary) to obtain an "Architectural Approval Form". This is a very simple form which complies to our By-Laws and follows the Township codes. 
• Reminder - If Monroe has issued a "Snow Emergency" please DO NOT PARK in the roadway.  Parking in your driveway not only allows Monroe County Roads to clear our roadways, but it is also a safer place to park to avoid damage to your vehicle and other's vehicles on slippery roadways.
