Association Dues Information

the State of Michigan Public Act 54 of 1978 titled "Michigan Condominium and Home Owners Association Act" states that Condo and Subdivisions home owners associations must fund activities which maintain common areas.  To fund these activities of maintenance, insurance, and legal issues of common areas of Southpointe Square the board of directors have developed an annual budget and set individual owners dues.

These activities costs are shared equally by all sub owners and the dues are currently seventy dollars ($70.00) per year. The board makes every effort to keep dues as low as possible.  If you would like to have additional information please contact any board member.
